Q&A

S: What is your process for creating a new piece of jewelry from scratch?

“I start by researching my client’s preferences and style so I have an idea of what they like before beginning any sketches or models. Then, I create several sketches that show different styles and designs for their piece. After choosing one, I begin creating 3D models using computer software. Once I’m satisfied with the model, I test it out in real life situations to make sure it works as intended. Finally, I deliver the finished product to my client.” said Simona Perri.

S: The best advice for the people who want to create an engagement ring?

“Your wedding ring or engagement ring is something you wear for the rest of your life. It is important that you make a decision that you will never tire of watching because it will stay with you for a long time.” said Simona Perri.

S: What is the best choice for an engagement ring when it comes to gemstones?

“Diamonds are a perfect choice because they are delicate and quite strong. Of course, personality is very important today. No matter how you choose. There is no uniform standard, but the choice should reflect your personality as an individual and reflect your love. It should be the dream of all girls to wear a diamond ring that symbolizes love for themselves by the beloved half. Shining with crystal-clear light, diamonds symbolize pure, loyal and unswerving love, and are endowed with countless beautiful and sacred meanings.” said Simona Perri.

S: Why do customers choose S Jewellery?

“Because is never about us and it was never about a single style or a personality type. Has always been about the love for our customers, to bring their dreams to reality! S Jewellery was always about every person in particular because we are all unique so the jewelry they wear must be unique like them. S Jewellery is about people, about what they love, how they feel and to express their personality as clearly as possible.” said Simona Perri.

S: What do you think is the most important skill for a jewelry designer to have?

“I believe the most important skill for a jewelry designer is creativity. Jewelry design requires an artist who can create beautiful pieces of wearable art. I have always been creative, so designing jewelry has always felt like a natural fit for me.” said Simona Perri.

S: How often do you think a piece of jewelry should be cleaned?

“I think every piece of jewelry should be cleaned at least once a year. This is especially important if I’m using any precious metals or stones because they’re more sensitive than other materials. Cleaning helps remove dirt and grime from the surface of the piece, which can protect the integrity of the metal or stone underneath.” said Simona Perri.
